Upcycling @ Central Singapore Upcycling @ Central Singapore aims to minimise wastage by encouraging residents to turn their unwanted items into useful products. Residents may look forward to picking up the art of upcycling and turn their trash into treasure through a series of regular upcycling workshops organised by Central Singapore CDC.
